The room at Khanh Uyen 1 Hotel in Da Lat was amazing! The premium bedding and pillow menu made us feel like we were sleeping on clouds. The free WiFi kept us connected, while the sound-insulated walls ensured a peaceful stay. Plus, having a flat-screen TV and private bathroom were great conveniences.

That the electric kettle in the room was not functioning properly. However, this is just our personal opinion and others may not have any issues with it.

The rooms were clean, modern and well-maintained. The shower was lovely and hot, and the bed was comfortable with good pillows. The hotel had a good location, within walking distance of markets and restaurants. The staff were helpful and pleasant, making our stay more enjoyable.

There were some negative aspects to our experience. The lack of communication from the hotel staff was a major issue.
